Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Orders are dispatched typically the same or next working day from the time that your payment clears, though this can take up to 5 working days in exceptional circumstances. We use Royal Mail's tracked service as our primary carrier, and share your email address with them so that they can send you tracking notifications.

Shipping costs reflect the underlying cost of the third party delivery service, as well as any discretionary handling and packaging costs.

International Shipping

Orders are sent delivery duties unpaid, meaning that you, the customer, are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, charges, or similar upon receipt. The price shown at checkout excludes VAT or sales tax due in your country.

We use Royal Mail's International Tracked service, offering a 3 to 5 working day delivery time for deliveries to Europe, and 5 to 7 days for the rest of the world.
