Shipping Policy


  • All orders are dispatched from UK stock, typically the same or next working day from the time that your payment clears. In exceptional circumstances, orders may be dispatched up to 5 working days after the order is placed. Any delays or issues during the dispatch period will be promptly communicated with the customer via email.

  • Orders are primarily shipped using a tracked service from Royal Mail. Along with your name and address, we supply Royal Mail with the email address you enter at checkout so that you can receive tracking updates for your order. In certain situations, we may choose to ship your order using an equivalent service from an alternative delivery partner.

  • Shipping prices at checkout reflect the underlying cost of the third party delivery service, as well as any discretionary handling and packaging costs. The price you pay for shipping may or may not be a subsidised amount of the underlying cost.

  • If there is a problem on receipt of your order, please inform us as soon as is reasonably possible so that we can work towards rectifying the issue expediantly.

International Shipping

  • All of the above, plus the following key points:

    • Orders are dispatched delivery duties unpaid. This means that you, the customer, are liable for any and all import duties, taxes, charges, or similar upon receipt from your local delivery service. As such, the price you pay for your order at checkout is calculated exclusive of any VAT, sales tax or equivalent that you would otherwise expect to pay in your country.

    • Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked service, which cite a 3 to 5 working day delivery time for deliveries to Europe, and 5 to 7 days for the rest of the world.
